Adam is a skilled training professional, communicator and accredited psychometric practitioner and leader.  Many people liken a training course with him as ‘training and a show’ because of the high energy, fun and light hearted approach he has to learning.  He has held roles including Head of Human Resources, International Learning & Development Manager and Head of Quality and Customer Experience for a number of global companies and is a passionate ambassador for excellence at home and at work.

Adam is recognised as a leader in changing behaviours and works globally for most of the year.  His award winning consulting and training work includes the prestigious National Training Award in the UK and has worked with many of the leading hotels & resorts, retailers and financial institutions of the world with clearly defined and proven results.

Dr elaine halley


Dr. Elaine Halley graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1992 and achieved her membership of the Royal College of General Dental Practitioners in 1995. She is a past president of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is accredited by the academy. 

 

She has a Masters of Science degree in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry with distinction from the University of Manchester. She is a member of the master group of DSD dentists accredited by Christian Coachman and is an official DSD instructor. She is also an Opinion Leader for Ivoclar Vivadent and lectures throughout the UK, Europe and the States. She is a judge for the Scottish Dental Awards and serves on the Editorial board for Private Dentistry and Aesthetic Dentistry. She has authored numerous articles on clinical dentistry and the business of dentistry.

 

Elaine has private practices in Perth and Edinburgh. Cherrybank Dental Spa have won numerous awards including Outstanding Customer Service in the Chamber of Commerce Awards, Best Marketing in the Private Dental Awards, Best Employer and Outstanding Individual for Elaine in the Scottish Dental Awards. Both practices have been awarded the Good Practice Standard from the British Dental Association and Investors in People Awards.

 

DR JAMEEL GARDEE


​​Dr Jameel Gardee graduated with a BDS with Commendation from Glasgow University in 1995. Subsequently he completed a post graduate degree in Advanced Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from Boston University, USA in 2001, where he was a Resident in the Department of Restorative Sciences graduating with a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies. 

Jameel is a DSD Master accredited by Christian Coachman and is an official DSD Instructor. He is a published author and is Clinical Director at his own practice - The award winning Glasgow Smile Clinic, which is limited to cosmetic, restorative and implant dentistry. He lectures on these subjects in the UK and abroad and is also Vice Chairman of Welltime, an IT company that produces innovative practice management solutions for the dental sector. 

Jameel is a director with Exceptional Dental Seminars, a company providing world class speakers and educators both in the UK and South Africa.
